Hijos de Florencio Sancho SL is a family-run business engaged in the production and marketing of cured hams and many other cold meat products obtained from pork for over 50 years.
During this time, we have spent hours of commendable commitment selecting adequate raw materials, grading and taking special care of the products, passing detailed health inspections, carrying out specific quality tests and conjugating these with the latest technologies so as to monitor the product lifespan more closely.
Besides, we have struggled to keep the tradition and craftsmanship going throughout the process; thus we can credit our customers with quality products. It is our philosophy to preserve this traditional character by combining homemade production and state-of-the-art technology. We have suitable facilities to fulfil this aim.
